Hello there!

First and foremost I am a person who prioritizes relationships.  I work at being a good friend, wife, mother, daughter, sister and in any capacity that I have the good fortune to get to know you or know you better. I am also a good steward of animals.  We are their voice and caretakers of this world. I appreciate all things in nature to the creative world of fashion and art.

My history of hair started in 1995 in Palo Alto. I became an educator in 1998 teaching color and cuts to new stylists that joined our company.  After a few years I decided to create my own space to provide a platform to support and assist stylists in their own path.  I did this with the support of a great team I had been working with for 10 years. I opened True Salon in Palo Alto in 2005.  I developed a training program, managed a team, worked behind the chair and managed a small business. I am fortunate and grateful to have worked alongside so many amazing and talented people. I traveled around the country attending many advanced courses in haircutting, color and styling with many greats of this industry.  Attending technical craft courses to management courses at Bumble and Bumble University in New York has been a highlight in my journey. I decided I had accomplished my goal with True and wanted to explore another path and closed True in 2024. I continue to remain committed to education in my career and in my personal life. 

Oh ya in the middle of all that....
I set out on another business venture in the wine and restaurant industry and became founding partner of Calave -bittered sling and vine in Palo Alto in 2015-2024.
That was quite the ride. Proud of what we did and had fun along the way.

I am currently refocusing my time and working  on my craft of doing hair. I am a very curious person and I aim to. discover more of what my soul feels best. One of those discoveries I have found is equestrian riding western style. 

I am currently doing hair services at Bash Salon in the beautiful and serene location in Portola Valley, CA.
